What we are doing is creating a folder in the start menu that will act as a pointer to another folder. To start, create a folder in the Start Menu and to keep it consistent name it the name you want your shortcut to be. Next you must create the Desktop.
The only two lines required in this Desktop. This is for Windows XP only. Below is a script that will do everything I said above. You just need to set the two variables at the top.
